we go run 1round outside gym...
aft tat den cher wan us to train our endurance...

den we lift our legs up... LOL!!
my legs were super sour luh...
n it was trembling lo... lols...
i was e last 5th ppl to put down legs...
total got 25ppl... lols... hahas... i got endurance!! ^^

n we do circuit trainin first... lols...
soooo difficult lo!!

stress over sch work, b'dae presents, skates, money & relationships...

mon went to Red Dot Musuem + URA building for CATS...

saw lala while waitin for shutter bus at interchange...

aft lunch went to look for present for zhenchuan de gf...

so i wont post much bout wad happened...
recently my uncle died...
he got lung cancer... he's so skinny...
veri solemn... 63yrs old onli jiu pass away le...
hope he's doing gd in heaven now... =]
todae n tml gibson wont come to sch...
he sprain his knee... sad...
hope he will faster recover...
last but not least... my toe... =]
its recovering now~
hope can faster recover so tis thur can skate wid zy... =]
